Between the village and the village of Klokotnitsa is a pagan sanctuary of Aphrodite and the nymphs. In 1958 the site was declared a national cultural monument. In its essence, it is a semicircular site with a spring and healing water. The area is known as Gyor Bunar. A few tens of meters from there is "Kirkova Dupka" - an unexplored cave in which, according to legend, Cyrus Theodore Comnenus hid after he was defeated by Tsar Ivan Asen at Klokotnitsa. On the rock, near the entrance, according to the legend, there is an imprint of the horse's horseshoe.
