Rose Museum - Kazanlak - The Rose Museum is located in a newly built building in Rosarium Park, in the central part of Kazanlak. The main purpose of the museum is to acquaint the people who visit it with the history of growing oil roses and rose production in the Bulgarian lands. The museum offers its visitors rose oil, various products of the oil-bearing rose, cosmetics, rose liqueur, gyul brandy and souvenirs related to the life and culture of rose growers. The first museum exposition for the Kazanlak oil-bearing rose was opened in 1967 in the building of the Institute of Roses and Essential Oils, and in 1969 it grew into the Rose Museum. In 2016, the exhibition was moved to a specially built building in Rosarium Park.
